About the role
- Product lifecycle management for branch, call center, operations and deposit products and services; experience design for end-users and support-users
- Work collaboratively across multiple business lines to create, deliver, and improve experience requirements for member and employee needs
- Develop, maintain and execute upon 1–3-year product roadmaps
- Responsible for researching product and industry trends, preparing data to support business decision making about products, capturing various department needs, and providing recommendations based on analysis
- Responsible for working with vendors and project teams to successfully launch new or enhanced products through testing, communication strategy preparation, training, and overall support of the launch
- Responsible for working with multiple business departments to understand and document their needs, pain points, and priorities
- Maintain a working knowledge of credit union operations and an awareness of strategic initiatives, current and emerging technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Or equivalent
- Proven track record of successful product development and implementations
- Experience with financial services and/or agile processes also a benefit
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for user experience design, project management, business proposal recommendation and presentation, analysis, and problem solving
- Self-motivated team player with ability to earn the confidence and cooperation of employees outside of the department
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with uncertainty and change management requirements
- Flexible approach to new projects, requirements, and workplace demands
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, diplomacy, and project management skills
- Ability to define detailed requirements to meet business objectives with an optimal end user experience.
