About the role
- Responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality product solutions that support key business strategies
- Guides a cross-functional development team through all phases of the product development process, from discovery through development to product launch
- Applies agile frameworks and project management best practices to ensure predictable, high-quality releases
- Responsible for creating agile plans, reporting status to management, resolving project-level issues, and leading an effective Product Delivery Team (PDT)
- Contributes to process improvements within their team and supports Agile maturity across the organization
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in technology, engineering, business, management, or finance-related field
- Certification in one or more industry standards such as CSM, CAPM, or equivalent strongly preferred
- At least Two years’ experience in Information Technology or related field, with exposure to Agile practices and project management processes
- Proven ability to facilitate and coordinate project work streams
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in project coordination preferred
