About the role
- Controlling adverse actions associated with credit union collateral
- Comply with federal, state and local laws and credit union procedures regarding collateral
- Responsible for maintaining records and adherence to department procedures for collateralized loans
- Responsible for contact during total loss claims involving credit union collateral
- Maintain records for proof of insurance or cancellations received from members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Requires good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of laws and regulations involving repossession, foreclosures and insurance claim processing preferred
