Key responsibilities & impact

Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service while gathering essential trip details.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential sales opportunities from inbound inquiries and input accurate information into Zoho CRM and the Buster platform.
Quoting & Sales Conversion: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for sales opportunities, follow up with customers, and convert quotes into confirmed bookings.
Customer Relationship Building: Maintain friendly, clear, and helpful communication with customers to build trust and ensure a positive experience.
CRM & Technology Use: Utilize Zoho CRM and other company technology platforms to manage leads, track communication, update records, and ensure smooth sales processes and accurate data collection.
Work closely with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team to provide clear details, support customer needs, and ensure successful trip management.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals, response-time expectations, and lead conversion benchmarks, and follow the CRM process.
Work with National Account Executives to assist them in quote to close process.
Work with the Customer Success Team to assist when needed in the quality control process.
