Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provide leadership and oversight of the company’s financial operations.
• Oversee cash management, financial reporting and close processes, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Coordinate with external tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Review customer and vendor contracts for financial implications and business risk considerations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and regulatory requirements and strengthen internal financial controls.

Account Executive

• Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service while gathering essential trip details.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential sales opportunities from inbound inquiries and input accurate information into Zoho CRM and the Buster platform.
• Quoting & Sales Conversion: Prepare and deliver accurate quotes for sales opportunities, follow up with customers, and convert quotes into confirmed bookings.
• Customer Relationship Building: Maintain friendly, clear, and helpful communication with customers to build trust and ensure a positive experience.
• CRM & Technology Use: Utilize Zoho CRM and other company technology platforms to manage leads, track communication, update records, and ensure smooth sales processes and accurate data collection.
• Work closely with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team to provide clear details, support customer needs, and ensure successful trip management.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, response-time expectations, and lead conversion benchmarks, and follow the CRM process.
• Work with National Account Executives to assist them in quote to close process.
• Work with the Customer Success Team to assist when needed in the quality control process.
