About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for premium eyewear collections
Act as the creative and technical bridge between global brand licensors and manufacturing teams
Collaborate closely with the North American division and European Headquarters
Develop highly resolved sketchbooks in Illustrator
Create fully detailed technical drawings, including section drawings, exploded views, and prototyping notes
Use Rhinoceros and Keyshot to create hyper-realistic 3D models and renderings for executive licensor presentations
Partner with product development teams to research proprietary construction details, innovative hardware, and advanced production techniques
Analyze domestic and competitive fashion markets to identify new product opportunities while maintaining core brand integrity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from an accredited college or university
5+ years of commercial design experience within luxury accessories, specialty retail, or product distribution
Eyewear experience highly preferred; jewelry, watches, or precision hardware accepted
Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
Expert-level mastery of Rhino or equivalent 3D CAD
Expert-level mastery of Keyshot
Direct experience reviewing CAD assets and physical factory prototypes
Ability to ensure accurate manufacturing translation
