About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, manage, and close a pipeline of enterprise insurance opportunities
- Develop trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at U.S. carriers, MGAs, reinsurers, and other insurance institutions
- Leverage own network, industry events, and broker referral partners for pipeline generation
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate customer pain points into AI solutions
- Shape Brain Co.’s sales motion for the insurance vertical
- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes across various stakeholders
- Represent Brain Co. credibly in the insurance market.
- Lay the foundation for a future insurance vertical team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep credibility in the insurance industry
- Active relationships with senior decision-makers at U.S. carriers, MGAs, reinsurers, or adjacent insurance institutions
- Experience in enterprise sales or commercial outcomes
- Ability to discuss AI, data, analytics, and automation with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong executive presence and commercial judgment
- Highly self-directed with limited structure required for effectiveness.
- Comfortable in early-stage environments where the sales playbook is still forming and can help shape the strategy.
