Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering related field (Preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a computer related field
  • ITIL 4 Foundation (Preferred)
  • JNCIA or CCNA (Required)
  • Experience in production network environments and on-call responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of wireless networking
  • Understanding and familiarity with network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, and MPLS
