About the role
- Junior Network Engineer in Glen Burnie, Maryland (Hybrid), Full-Time role
- Responsible for production network environments and on-call duties
- Requires knowledge of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, MPLS and wireless networking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering related field (Preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in a computer related field
- ITIL 4 Foundation (Preferred)
- JNCIA or CCNA (Required)
- Experience in production network environments and on-call responsibilities
- Working knowledge of wireless networking
- Understanding and familiarity with network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, TCP/IP, Spanning Tree, and MPLS
