Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
GTM Focus: Demonstrated track record of successfully hiring GTM roles across all departments (Professional Services, Customers Success and Services, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Market Insight: A foundational understanding of recruiting within the competitive Mexico tech landscape and comfort with cross-cultural communication.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate our company's value proposition and vision to prospective candidates.
Mindset: Highly organized, results-driven, and autonomous. You take initiative and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: A natural team player who builds strong relationships with peers, hiring managers, and candidates alike.
