About the role
- Receive and conduct a full quality check of all drawings and documents transmitted by the Consultants and Subcontractors in line with naming convention
- Manage the document control software system ensuring that all parties receive adequate training to enable them to use the system
- Maintain controlled document registers and associated documentation
- Assist Delivery Teams to develop and maintain documents such as, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items
- Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows); check for accuracy and edit a variety of files, e.g. contracts
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Document Controller position, or similar
- Experience within the construction sector would be advantageous for this position
- Excellent computer literacy e.g. MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills and task prioritisation ability
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
