About the role

  • Receive and conduct a full quality check of all drawings and documents transmitted by the Consultants and Subcontractors in line with naming convention
  • Manage the document control software system ensuring that all parties receive adequate training to enable them to use the system
  • Maintain controlled document registers and associated documentation
  • Assist Delivery Teams to develop and maintain documents such as, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g., manuals and workflows); check for accuracy and edit a variety of files, e.g. contracts
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Document Controller position, or similar
  • Experience within the construction sector would be advantageous for this position
  • Excellent computer literacy e.g. MS Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills and task prioritisation ability
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive working environment
