About the role

  • Support enterprise and business line initiatives and provide targeted support for specific projects as needed
  • Track and maintain project timelines, governance documentation, and status reporting to support successful delivery
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure alignment across teams
  • Monitor risks, issues, and action items, escalating as appropriate
  • Assist in preparing materials for monthly business line updates, including progress summaries and executive-ready presentations
  • Support governance forums, including documentation and follow-up
  • Track performance metrics and ensure alignment to strategic objectives
  • Support the streamlining and coordination of training programs tied to major initiatives
  • Assist in developing rollout plans and communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support adoption and continuous improvement efforts
  • Help standardize documentation and program artifacts for consistency and efficiency
  • Improve program management processes, templates, and reporting structures
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, risk management standards, and compliance expectations
  • Maintain organized documentation within SharePoint and other collaboration tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, financial services, or related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
  • Strong organizational discipline with attention to detail
  • Ability to connect tactical execution to broader strategy
  • Collaborative mindset with strong follow-through
  • Process-oriented thinking with a continuous improvement lens
  • Exposure to change management, training coordination, or communications planning
  • Experience preparing leadership ready presentations and reporting materials
  • Financial services experience preferred.
