About the role
- Lead how we go to market with our indirect partners
- Create and run co-marketing programs with top resellers and VARs
- Build repeatable campaign frameworks and plays for partners
- Lead MDF planning and execution focusing on ROI and partner impact
- Develop partner-ready messaging, content, and campaign kits
- Work with Product Marketing to tailor Glean’s story for channels
- Bring Glean to life through partner events, SKOs, and roadshows
- Serve as the marketing lead for strategic VAR relationships
- Define and track success across partner-sourced and influenced pipeline
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Deep experience in channel, partner, or ecosystem marketing in SaaS or enterprise tech
- Strong understanding of how resellers and VARs operate
- A builder mindset to turn big ideas into scalable programs
- Collaborative style to work cross-functionally
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
