About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, configure, execute and optimize paid media campaigns aligned with Grupo Trigo's business objectives and brands;
  • Define targeting strategies, budgets and KPIs, continuously monitoring campaign performance and implementing optimizations to maximize results;
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and performance analyses, turning data into insights and recommendations for the business;
  • Plan, run and analyze A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, creatives and media strategies, promoting a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement;
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Data, Delivery, Technology and other teams to develop Customer Growth strategies;
  • Identify opportunities for new channels, formats, technologies and solutions, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, to increase campaign efficiency and improve processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads or similar platforms);
  • Knowledge of performance metrics analysis (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CAC and conversion rate) and continuous campaign optimization;
  • Analytical, data-driven profile with the ability to turn information into business recommendations;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams;
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) for productivity gains, analysis and decision support.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Experience building reports and analyzing results using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Excel, Looker Studio and/or Power BI;
  • Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar certifications;
  • Experience in retail, franchising, food service or e-commerce;
  • Knowledge of CRM, relationship marketing or loyalty programs;
  • Experience with process automation or applying Artificial Intelligence in Marketing.
