About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build an integrated talent attraction vision across Grupo Trigo’s entire ecosystem, developing strategies that strengthen our employer brand and support business growth.
  • Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy.
  • Design and implement Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Build attraction strategies tailored to different business contexts.
  • Lead and improve recruitment and selection processes, methodologies, and metrics.
  • Develop Talent Acquisition solutions to support our franchise network.
  • Expand and diversify channels and strategies for talent attraction.
  • Explore, test, and implement new technologies, tools, and trends applied to recruitment.
  • Use market intelligence and data to support decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Influence leaders and internal partners to build a more strategic attraction culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with Employer Branding strategies.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Ability to operate in different contexts, audiences, and hiring profiles.
  • Data-driven while maintaining sensitivity in people interactions.
  • Keeps up-to-date with labor market changes and industry trends.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire for continuous learning.
  • Turn trends and insights into practical solutions.
  • Experiment with new approaches, learn quickly, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
