Business Consultant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with franchisees, ensuring execution of operational standards and the brand’s value proposition;
- Perform operational and financial diagnostics of units, identifying opportunities to improve performance;
- Monitor business indicators such as sales, COGS, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction; propose and follow up on action plans;
- Ensure standardization of operational processes, recipe/technical sheets, controls, and QA to maintain consistency across units;
- Train and develop teams and franchisees, promoting improvements in management and operations;
- Support the financial management of units through analyses, interpretation of the P&L (DRE), and strategies to increase profitability;
- Contribute to improving the customer experience by guiding service practices and managing complaints;
- Identify commercial opportunities and support marketing and sales initiatives with franchisees;
- Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency initiatives;
- Ensure execution of action plans and act as a link between franchisees and internal departments, ensuring alignment and agility in requests.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in fast-food and/or restaurant operations;
- Hands-on experience in business management, preferably within the food sector;
- Experience working with franchisees or within a franchise model;
- Solid knowledge of operational management, including store flow, standardization, technical recipe sheets (FT), COGS, controls, QA, and performance indicators;
- Ability to perform financial analysis of units, covering COGS, P&L (DRE), operational indicators, and commercial metrics;
- Knowledge of customer service, complaints management, and improving the consumer experience;
- Experience in performance monitoring, developing growth strategies, and supporting commercial initiatives;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency gains;
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Considered a plus:
- Experience with Asian cuisine;
- Previous work in structured franchise networks;
- Experience in performance improvement projects and business expansion initiatives.
