About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the construction and updating of financial models, including analyses of income statement (P&L); EBITDA; cash flow; debt; CAPEX; and operational KPIs;
Conduct market research, identify comparable companies, recent transactions and sector benchmarks;
Assist in preparing executive presentations and materials for the board, committees and potential investors;
Organize information for due diligence processes, data rooms, request lists, and analyses of financial, operational and strategic documents;
Support monitoring of financial and operational indicators relevant to M&A projects;
Perform data processing, consolidation and validation of databases;
Liaise with internal teams, consultants, investors and other stakeholders involved in projects;
Contribute analyses and insights to support the company's strategic decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, International Relations or related fields;
Interest in financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, business strategy and mergers & acquisitions processes;
Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Good written and verbal communication;
Organized, detail-oriented and reliable with deadlines;
Proactive in gathering information, structuring analyses and supporting multiple workstreams;
Availability to intern for at least 1.5 years;
Availability to work mornings and afternoons.
