About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contact potential investors and assess their profiles;
Negotiate with shopping centers and other commercial locations, such as high-street stores, supermarkets and gas stations;
Prepare the business plan for the venture, analyzing financials and evaluating feasibility;
Present the business plan to the Group’s board for approval;
Enter information into the CRM to feed the commercial team’s tools;
Study the market and the company’s operating segments;
Provide customer service by phone and email throughout the sales process, including answering questions, performing follow-ups and closing;
Manage a client portfolio focused on generating new business opportunities and, above all, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications or related fields;
Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills;
Experience in franchise expansion;
Clear and assertive communication;
Energy and passion for customer service;
Continuous pursuit of excellence in all tasks undertaken;
Analytical ability and strategic, results- and target-oriented thinking;
Proactive, dynamic, committed, engaged and resilient profile.
