About the role

  • Contact potential investors and assess their profiles;
  • Negotiate with shopping centers and other commercial locations, such as high-street stores, supermarkets and gas stations;
  • Prepare the business plan for the venture, analyzing financials and evaluating feasibility;
  • Present the business plan to the Group’s board for approval;
  • Enter information into the CRM to feed the commercial team’s tools;
  • Study the market and the company’s operating segments;
  • Provide customer service by phone and email throughout the sales process, including answering questions, performing follow-ups and closing;
  • Manage a client portfolio focused on generating new business opportunities and, above all, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications or related fields;
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills;
  • Experience in franchise expansion;
  • Clear and assertive communication;
  • Energy and passion for customer service;
  • Continuous pursuit of excellence in all tasks undertaken;
  • Analytical ability and strategic, results- and target-oriented thinking;
  • Proactive, dynamic, committed, engaged and resilient profile.
