Responsible for the entire operational recruitment process, from search strategy to personalized outreach and communication with candidates
Analyze and select markets, companies and candidates based on systematic search strategies
Create target company lists and the required project documentation
Work closely with consultants and management on assignments
Schedule and attend job interviews
Actively research, identify and approach potential candidates through various recruiting channels
Document project progress and provide regular reporting
Participate in project briefings and regular team meetings
Maintain the CRM tool
Requirements
You are at the beginning of your studies (Bachelor or Master), nearing completion, or you have already graduated
You are an analytical, curious person who is ready to successfully familiarize yourself with a wide range of markets
You maintain high standards of quality in your work and consistently apply them
You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a sense of humour and a quick grasp of new information
You organize your daily work independently, in a systematic and structured manner, efficiently, and you show initiative and creativity in solving tasks and problems
Solid knowledge of MS Office and good written and spoken English round off your profile
