About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver administrative support across multiple live corporate lending and debt capital markets transactions
  • Maintain and update client and transaction records in internal systems
  • Support onboarding of new deals and entities, including data entry and account setup
  • Coordinate opening and ongoing management of transaction bank accounts with external banking partners
  • Set up and manage secure deal platforms such as Debt Domain
  • Upload documents and distribute investor reporting
  • Track key milestones, deadlines, and obligations through calendar management
  • Receive, log, and securely store transaction and legal documentation
  • Accurately record and file transaction-related communications
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Contribute to process improvements, team initiatives, and ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Early-stage career / entry-level experience
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence working with data and learning new systems
  • Excel skills beneficial
