Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of syndicated loans
Ongoing review of syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation
Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information with immediate distribution
Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes within required timeframes
Facilitating obligor accessions and handling the collection of lender votes within required timeframes
Ongoing collaboration with internal GLAS deal teams
Be the first point of call and form ongoing relationship with all deal counterparties
Provision of exceptional customer service
Coordinate efficient completion of GLAS’s KYC processes for new obligors
Attendance at client meetings and industry conferences to assist with GLAS marketing and sales strategies
Ensuring the timely updating of OneView, Trello and Debtdomain

Requirements

What you’ll need

Responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of 40-50 transactions
Ongoing review of syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation
Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information
Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes within required timeframes
Shadow senior team member on complex transactions
Ongoing collaboration with internal GLAS deal teams
Establish and maintain key relationships with clients and other market participants
Provide exceptional customer service
Coordinate efficient completion of GLAS’s KYC processes for new obligors
Attendance at client meetings and industry conferences
Adhering to GLAS Policies and Procedures
