Ensure all training content aligns with Aurora Campus goals
Develop and update training material
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to identify and close training gaps
Implement cross training program and criteria
Design, develop, and update training materials
Review training Queue and action pending items
Provide leadership and direction for training programs
Manage and maintain in-house training equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum high school diploma
Train the Trainer Certification or similar education preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience training in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Learning Management System (LMS)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
