Lead and execute integrated marketing communication initiatives that elevate our brand presence, drive customer relationships, and support commercial growth
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives, product launches, and brand positioning
Lead customer focused marketing initiatives from ideation to presentation, working with a cross functional R&D team to deliver product innovation
Create high-impact content including brochures, white papers, case studies, press releases, newsletters, and digital assets that highlight our flavor innovations and technical expertise
Manage digital campaigns across web, email, and social platforms
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand integrity
Coordinate marketing materials and messaging for industry events, trade shows, and customer presentations
Support booth design, collateral, and post-event follow-up
Partner with HR and leadership to support internal communication initiatives that foster employee engagement and alignment with company values
Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform messaging and positioning
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the flavor, food ingredients, or B2B food industry
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and analytics
Experience working with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, and Regulatory
Ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly messaging
Knowledge of flavor science or food technology
Working Knowledge of Design Software (Photoshop, Indesign, & Illustrator)
Experience with product databases, such as Innova or Mintel
Familiarity with trends in the food industry
