Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical innovation and process optimization for a large-scale dairy/nutrition manufacturing operation
Own the commercialization of new products
Drive plant performance improvements
Serve as a key technical leader across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D
Partner with plant leadership to prioritize high-impact technical projects
Execute plant trials, validation, and startup activities
Ensure successful transfer of new products, processes, and equipment into operations
Support co-manufacturing partners with technical expertise
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and build a culture of accountability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in food science/technology, chemical engineering, or related field
10 years practical experience and/or training in relevant industry; or equivalent experience
Experience in food, dairy, ingredients, or CPG manufacturing environments
Requires up to 30–40% travel
Proven success in process improvement and plant optimization
Proven success in product commercialization and scale-up
Proven success in leading cross-functional technical projects
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data and drive decisions
