Provide strategic leadership for sanitation processes and performance metrics
Manage the development and execution of global sanitation standards
Collaborate with departments to ensure efficient processes

Maintain accurate chemical inventories and usage guidance
Support microbiological investigations and improve sanitary design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a science/technology field (or equivalent)
5 years of relevant management experience
Knowledge of sanitation processes in food manufacturing
Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and effective application
Understanding of environmental monitoring programs and their relationship to sanitation
Knowledge/training in food safety systems (e.g., SQF, GMP, PCQI, FSVP)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficient with common business and Quality systems
