About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

be a key member and business partner with the operations team
responsible for review and monitoring of all activities with financial impact
perform daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting and analysis
manage the control environment at the plants
accountable for operational financial and accounting aspects
coordinate with operations team for headcount, overhead, and quality testing costs
prepare, coordinate, and report monthly Global Operations KPI
lead and perform all aspects of product costing
analyze monthly Production Order Settlement
execute Testing cost program with Quality team support
responsible for Inventory Management and Control functions
identify and resolve inventory-related issues
monitor compliance for internal controls relating to plant activity
lead cost savings initiatives
manage functions of the Plant Finance Operations department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
minimum of seven years of related experience
CPA license preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and governmental regulations
ability to effectively present information to groups
ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
