About the role
- be a key member and business partner with the operations team
- responsible for review and monitoring of all activities with financial impact
- perform daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting and analysis
- manage the control environment at the plants
- accountable for operational financial and accounting aspects
- coordinate with operations team for headcount, overhead, and quality testing costs
- prepare, coordinate, and report monthly Global Operations KPI
- lead and perform all aspects of product costing
- analyze monthly Production Order Settlement
- execute Testing cost program with Quality team support
- responsible for Inventory Management and Control functions
- identify and resolve inventory-related issues
- monitor compliance for internal controls relating to plant activity
- lead cost savings initiatives
- manage functions of the Plant Finance Operations department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of seven years of related experience
- CPA license preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and governmental regulations
- ability to effectively present information to groups
- ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
- ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
- participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
