About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • be a key member and business partner with the operations team
  • responsible for review and monitoring of all activities with financial impact
  • perform daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting and analysis
  • manage the control environment at the plants
  • accountable for operational financial and accounting aspects
  • coordinate with operations team for headcount, overhead, and quality testing costs
  • prepare, coordinate, and report monthly Global Operations KPI
  • lead and perform all aspects of product costing
  • analyze monthly Production Order Settlement
  • execute Testing cost program with Quality team support
  • responsible for Inventory Management and Control functions
  • identify and resolve inventory-related issues
  • monitor compliance for internal controls relating to plant activity
  • lead cost savings initiatives
  • manage functions of the Plant Finance Operations department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum of seven years of related experience
  • CPA license preferred but equivalent experience will be considered
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and governmental regulations
  • ability to effectively present information to groups
  • ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
  • ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
  • participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
