About the role

  • Support the Head of Performance, Reward & Mobility in design and delivery of Reward Programs
  • Manage operational delivery of Reward strategy, programs, and services
  • Play a key role in the annual reward cycle globally
  • Provide independent job evaluation and benchmarking service to HRBPs
  • Perform reward benchmarking activities including market analysis & pay positioning
  • Support development of global job architecture and salary structures
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc Reward reports and analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role
  • Strong analytical skills with an intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Proven track record in supporting the implementation of successful reward programs
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with HRBPs and People Leaders
