About the role
- Support the Head of Performance, Reward & Mobility in design and delivery of Reward Programs
- Manage operational delivery of Reward strategy, programs, and services
- Play a key role in the annual reward cycle globally
- Provide independent job evaluation and benchmarking service to HRBPs
- Perform reward benchmarking activities including market analysis & pay positioning
- Support development of global job architecture and salary structures
- Prepare regular and ad hoc Reward reports and analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role
- Strong analytical skills with an intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Proven track record in supporting the implementation of successful reward programs
- Demonstrated ability to partner with HRBPs and People Leaders
