About the role
- Develop and deploy category strategies aligned with business needs
- Lead sourcing events, negotiations, and end-to-end supplier selection
- Build cost models, perform make vs. buy analysis, and identify savings
- Provide market insights and influence stakeholders on sourcing decisions
- Report progress, KPIs, and value delivery to leadership
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance
- Identify new suppliers and drive innovation, cost, quality, and service improvements
- Support contract implementation and compliance
- Own and improve a regional or global procurement work process
- Lead a team of 2–4 sourcing professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field); MBA or CPM preferred
- 5+ years procurement experience; 3+ years project management
- Strong communication, leadership, analytics, and stakeholder influence skills
- Skilled in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel/PowerPoint preferred
- Fluent in English.
