About the role

  • Develop and deploy category strategies aligned with business needs
  • Lead sourcing events, negotiations, and end-to-end supplier selection
  • Build cost models, perform make vs. buy analysis, and identify savings
  • Provide market insights and influence stakeholders on sourcing decisions
  • Report progress, KPIs, and value delivery to leadership
  • Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance
  • Identify new suppliers and drive innovation, cost, quality, and service improvements
  • Support contract implementation and compliance
  • Own and improve a regional or global procurement work process
  • Lead a team of 2–4 sourcing professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field); MBA or CPM preferred
  • 5+ years procurement experience; 3+ years project management
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytics, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Skilled in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel/PowerPoint preferred
  • Fluent in English.
