About the role
- Play a pivotal, senior-level role at the heart of GPN’s growth agenda
- Partner closely with General Managers to shape smarter, faster decisions through consumer-driven insights
- Deepen understanding of consumers, categories, and competitors
- Translate complex questions into agile learning plans powered by behavioral data
- Draft compelling stories that influence senior stakeholders
- Champion consumer advocacy across teams
Requirements
- 4 year BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 10+ years of top tier CPG/tech company experience in area of Consumer Insights & Data Analytics
- Demonstrated experience as strategic advisor to business partners driving data-driven decision making
- Experience combining strong Data Analytics and Human-Centered Insights
- Ability to devise effective solutions in unstructured environments
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and creative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
