About the role

  • Responsible for building the Route to Market in North Africa and Levant region
  • Focus on building new channels of sales in North Africa and Levant namely Specialty, Pharmacy, Gyms, etc.
  • Manage Trade Spends & deliver business profitability for the region
  • Deliver the Annual Topline in line with company objectives
  • Lead the Route – To – Market expansion in each market across North Africa and Levant
  • Build and monitor the Sales and Distribution KPIs of the Distribution Partners
  • Track and Monitor ROI of spends on trade and customer marketing activities
  • Partner closely with finance and SC team on demand forecasting
  • Prepare and present the monthly performance as part of the MBR to Leadership Team
  • Capture & share Competition Information & GPN Market Share

Requirements

  • 7 years+ experience in a lead sales role preferably within FMCG categories
  • MBA preferred
  • Persistent and resilient in the pursuit of objectives
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with retailers and distributors
  • Experience of working in a high growth and fast-paced organization
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Effective influencing, negotiating and communication skills
  • Numbers and data savvy with experience of sales automation to monitor business performance.
