Senior Manager, Accounting

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements under US GAAP
- Lead complex revenue recognition under ASC 606 for subscription and usage-based models
- Personally run bi-weekly payroll in ADP, and oversee accounts payable, expense management, and AR/collections
- Coordinate annual audits and tax prep as the primary liaison with external auditors and maintain internal controls
- Manage and mentor a team of two and partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in accounting, with 3+ years managing or supervising
- Hands-on, daily NetSuite expertise AND hands-on payroll processing in ADP or a directly comparable platform
- Deep US GAAP with verifiable ASC 606 experience for recurring/usage-based SaaS revenue
- A rare player-coach, equally comfortable owning technical and strategic accounting and personally running payroll and close
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Active CPA strongly preferred; Big 4 background highly desirable
