About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Outbound Sales: You identify relevant target companies and reach out to potential customers via phone, LinkedIn, email, or events.
  • Lead Qualification & Discovery: You conduct initial conversations with prospective customers, analyze their needs, and identify suitable solution approaches.
  • Full‑Cycle Sales with Support: You manage opportunities throughout the entire sales process — from first contact through proposal, follow‑ups, and closing. You will be supported by the team and gradually take on more responsibility.
  • Consulting on Education Offerings: You clearly and practically position our learning formats for employees, apprentices, and managers.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: You document your activities in the CRM (HubSpot) and keep track of your leads.
  • Close Collaboration with the Education Team: You work closely with colleagues from the Education Delivery team and actively bring market feedback into product development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in B2B sales: You have already gained relevant experience in B2B sales and want to take the next step toward full‑cycle sales.
  • Passion for Sales & Communication: You enjoy talking to customers, can accurately capture their needs, and can present appropriate solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Structured Working Style & Overview: You work in an organized, process‑oriented way and keep an overview when handling multiple leads, follow‑ups, and opportunities.
  • Initiative & Hands‑on Mentality: You take a proactive approach, take responsibility, and feel comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Interest in Sustainability, Education, and Transformation: You want to work on offerings that help companies enable employees on climate protection, ESG, and sustainable practices.
  • Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German and English — both written and spoken.
