Engineer

• Confer with inter-departmental personnel to implement Internal and external change request, resolve system errors, and provide technical feedback to customer
• Manage larger complex, or multiple smaller projects/mods from programme or customer approval through introduction to production and delivery to customer
• Recognize opportunities for improvement within Day to Day processes and recommend and implement solutions enabling a CI and lean working environment
• Breakdown, analyses and impact assess customer design proposals and Condition of Supply changes utilising data provided to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and lead time in implementing the proposal
• Create a Change implementation plan for every Change being embodied to track progress, Ensuring mods are delivered on customer agreed POE, within scope and within agreed costs
• Manage and validate all customer expectations and all stakeholder relationships, Report and escalating setbacks as needed
• Participates in developing, establishing and maintaining procedures, process and instruction for engineering activities
• Run programme/ change review boards to manage the introduction of new processes into the manufacturing business
