About the role
- Deliver technical support of manufacturing processes
- Employ Zero Defect Manufacturing tools to eliminate non-conformances and reworks
- Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean Initiatives
- Support/lead root cause and corrective action investigations
- Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing process solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering or related fields (i.e. Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Aerospace, etc.)
- Strong Communication skills
- U.S. Citizen
- 0-3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience with 3D CAD software, Preferably NX or CATIA
- Experience in creating working instructions
