About the role
- Be the primary contact within the design organization
- Liaise with the manufacturing team and address all deviations within production
- Act as a Non-Conformance Engineer (NCE) for the products
- Manage deviations on GKN products for Pratt & Whitney
- Coordinate the work within the design team
- Ensure that all technical requirements are justified before closing
- Provide reflection and recommendations for design improvements
Requirements
- Engineering education as BSc or equivalent
- Very good verbal and written skills in both English and Swedish
- Experience in deviation management from production
- Experience and product knowledge of GKN components
