About the role
- Support the M&P team in analyzing, documenting, and improving operational processes
- Assist in mapping and documenting workflows and processes
- Support data collection and analysis for process optimization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal participants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
- Drawing up, releasing, implementing, and maintaining specifications for materials, processes, and relevant standard parts, as well as guidelines for their use
Requirements
- Equivalent education in an engineering, manufacturing, or materials science discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams
- Good interpersonal skills
- Innovative and cost-conscious mindset
- Attentive to details, organized, and accurate
- Analytical approach with a focus on high-quality outcomes
- Good verbal and written command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
