About the role

  • Manage and lead the project(s) throughout its duration.
  • Take responsibility for open NPI's within the Alabama Engines account.
  • Ensure successful transition of NPI Project from inception through development until delivery to the customer.
  • Report on applicable KPI's for each project such as schedule, cash flow and working capital targets.
  • Support the Program Director with improvement plans, affordability initiatives, and monitor the progress to achieve the plan.
  • Define the vision, strategy, objectives, operational plan and budget for the account.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field of study.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant business experience practicing the fundamentals of Program / Project Management, Finance and LEAN principles.
  • Must be a US Citizen to meet export control compliance requirements.
