About the role
- Manufacture of fiber-reinforced composite structural components for aircraft
- Manual and machine processing of polymeric, wood and metallic materials
- Production planning, control and monitoring of processing operations
- Testing technology and quality assurance, quality management
- Mold and model making, assembly and repair
Requirements
- Secondary school certificate (Mittlere Reife), a very good lower-secondary school leaving certificate, or Abitur (German A‑level equivalent)
- Good aptitude for technical subjects and natural sciences
- Solid basic knowledge of mathematics
- Manual dexterity and precision
- Enjoyment working with complex technology
- Confident spoken and written German
- Willingness to learn and a friendly, committed approach to teamwork
