About the role
- Under the general direction of the Site Financial Controller, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements/forecasts in One Stream software.
- Assist with the creation, preparation, and management of financial reports including “Budget vs. Actual” variance reports.
- Prepare long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models for various business units and projects.
- Forecasting and monitoring cash projections based on historical performance.
- Assist with system enhancements to increase efficiency and testing for upgrades of system reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis and monthly reporting process.
- Conform with and abide by all regulatory guidance and internal policies & procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent, required.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including experience in the manufacturing industry.
- 5+ years of experience performing accurate FP&A responsibilities within a fast-paced work environment.
- 5+ years of intermediate-to-advanced experience with MS Excel required, including functions such as pivot, v-lookups, and formulas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with various teams and presenting financial insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are crucial for accurate financial analysis and reporting.
