About the role

  • Take responsibility for group and annual statutory audits for national and international clients across a range of industries and sizes
  • Participate in special audits
  • Prepare technical opinions on accounting and valuation issues
  • Handle complex expert and advisory assignments
  • Ensure quality of the team’s deliverables and communicate results to clients
  • Support advisory projects, e.g., in the areas of ESG and internal audit

Requirements

  • Successfully completed the auditor exam or are about to complete it
  • Several years of relevant experience in statutory and financial auditing
  • Strong knowledge of national accounting and auditing standards
  • Motivation to engage with new topics such as sustainability reporting
  • Good understanding of the requirements and needs of our mid-sized clients
  • Strong service orientation
  • Team player who enjoys mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Experience with Caseware (ideally)
  • Very good analytical and communication skills in German and English
