About the role

  • Group and annual financial statement audits for national and international clients
  • Participation in special audits and preparation of technical opinions
  • Taking on complex expert-assessment and advisory assignments
  • Quality assurance of your team's results
  • Communication with clients
  • Support for advisory projects, e.g., in the areas of ESG and internal audit

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed the Wirtschaftsprüferexamen (German public auditor exam) or are close to completing it
  • Several years of relevant experience in statutory audit
  • Strong knowledge of national accounting and auditing standards
  • Understanding of sustainability reporting or similar frameworks
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • A team player who enjoys mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Ideally, experience with CaseWare
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills — in German and English
