About the role
- Own GKA's HubSpot ecosystem and client portals end-to-end
- Define ICPs, operationalize acquisition and lifecycle programs
- CRM ownership: architecture, data hygiene, properties, pipelines, deal stages, lead scoring/routing, permissions, audits, integrations
- Build and run outbound sequences and inbound nurture campaigns (email + LinkedIn); write and iterate messaging
- Design lifecycle journeys and implement workflows, SLAs, and alerts
- Create revenue analytics dashboards: funnel, conversion, velocity, CAC/LTV proxies, attribution, cohort retention
- Sales enablement: playbooks, templates, handoff processes, forecasting hygiene
- Act as HubSpot owner for selected accounts: scoping, building, training, presenting results
- Ensure compliance and deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM/GDPR, domain warm-up, list governance)
Requirements
- 2–4+ years in HubSpot CRM/Sales/Marketing Hub (admin + hands-on campaign ops)
- Proven experience in B2B services growth/revops/sales ops
- HubSpot CRM experience with relevant certifications
- Strong systems thinking: workflow logic, property design, lifecycle stages
- Comfortable with prospecting and writing outreach/nurture copy
- Analytical skills: define KPIs, build dashboards, interpret funnel leakage, run experiments
- Client-facing communication: scope, present, and drive projects to completion
