About the role

  • Own GKA's HubSpot ecosystem and client portals end-to-end
  • Define ICPs, operationalize acquisition and lifecycle programs
  • CRM ownership: architecture, data hygiene, properties, pipelines, deal stages, lead scoring/routing, permissions, audits, integrations
  • Build and run outbound sequences and inbound nurture campaigns (email + LinkedIn); write and iterate messaging
  • Design lifecycle journeys and implement workflows, SLAs, and alerts
  • Create revenue analytics dashboards: funnel, conversion, velocity, CAC/LTV proxies, attribution, cohort retention
  • Sales enablement: playbooks, templates, handoff processes, forecasting hygiene
  • Act as HubSpot owner for selected accounts: scoping, building, training, presenting results
  • Ensure compliance and deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM/GDPR, domain warm-up, list governance)

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in HubSpot CRM/Sales/Marketing Hub (admin + hands-on campaign ops)
  • Proven experience in B2B services growth/revops/sales ops
  • HubSpot CRM experience with relevant certifications
  • Strong systems thinking: workflow logic, property design, lifecycle stages
  • Comfortable with prospecting and writing outreach/nurture copy
  • Analytical skills: define KPIs, build dashboards, interpret funnel leakage, run experiments
  • Client-facing communication: scope, present, and drive projects to completion
