• Run sprint ceremonies across a two-week cadence
• Drive ticket readiness and ensure work entering a sprint is well-defined and actionable
• Manage dependencies across areas such as integrations, data pipelines, and customer readiness
• Track what is included in each release

Customer Success Manager

• Maintain regular, proactive communication with assigned customers and lead them in value-driven strategies
• Actively document and execute renewal strategies
• Manage resources and use available assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative renewal, usage, and adoption targets.
• Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement

• Drive the adoption and execution of DevOps practices such as infrastructure automation, continuous integration/continuous deployment, and automated testing.
• Take responsibility for the management, enhancement, and monitoring of our AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring that it effectively scales with the evolving needs of the business and maintains high availability.
• Design, develop, and implement innovative tools to automate operational processes, eliminating the need for manual intervention and enhancing overall system efficiency.
• Play a central role in the architecture, design, and maintenance of the server environment, effectively becoming the steward of our Systems Operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve live production issues, contributing to the continued reliability and high availability of our services.

Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems
• Optimize ML models for performance and scalability
• Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI
• Create and implement big data processing pipelines and architectures
• Design and build scalable data infrastructure to support ML applications

Full-stack Engineer

• Take part in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code
• Prepare software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
