About the role

  • Assist with benefit enrollments, changes, and communications; support employees with benefit-related questions
  • Coordinate interviews, job fairs, agency relationships, and travel nurse program; assist with sourcing as needed
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance-related tasks and audits
  • Track and announce employee birthdays and work anniversaries; contribute to HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture
  • Monitor and respond to general HR inquiries via HR inbox, escalating as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Support day-to-day HR operations to ensure a positive employee experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others
