About the role
- Assist with benefit enrollments, changes, and communications; support employees with benefit-related questions
- Coordinate interviews, job fairs, agency relationships, and travel nurse program; assist with sourcing as needed
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance-related tasks and audits
- Track and announce employee birthdays and work anniversaries; contribute to HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture
- Monitor and respond to general HR inquiries via HR inbox, escalating as needed
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects as assigned
- Support day-to-day HR operations to ensure a positive employee experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
