About the role
- Serves as a representative for company activities related to the recruitment and hiring of job applicants for our W2 and 1099 staffing needs
- Works closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods, and develop/revise job postings, recruitment strategies, and competencies
- Monitors active job postings both sponsored and on the company website
- Actively participates in networking events and online platforms to maximize employer branding
- Proactively seeks opportunities to implement innovative and creative methods to help drive an exceptional candidate experience and a more advanced and efficient recruitment process
- Travels within the geographic operating footprint of the company to attend recruiting events including job fairs, community events, and other venues likely to result in positive recruiting outcomes
- Determines the appropriateness of candidates through conversation via in-person or virtual engagement
- Communicates with local leadership, onboarding specialists and/or HR leadership about potential candidates
- Utilize social media networks and employee referrals to build out the candidate pipeline
- Perform other comparable and related duties, as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of Recruiting experience
- Sourcing experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Experience recruiting for W2 and 1099 staffing needs
- Ability and willingness to travel within the company's geographic operating footprint
- Experience utilizing social media networks and employee referrals to build candidate pipelines
