Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and grow a portfolio: Own strategic engagement and pipeline development across institutional and foundation partners.
Represent GiveDirectly externally: Drive external engagement across funded and strategic partnerships, leading meetings and relationship management.

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or program development in a mission-driven or high-performance setting
Exceptional alignment with GiveDirectly Values
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for high-stakes, external-facing materials
Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing others
A track record of tenacious problem solving, taking ownership, and delivering results in complex, ambiguous contexts.
Strong prioritization and self-management skills, with comfort operating across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Comfort navigating relationships and working directly with senior leaders internally and externally.
Experience operating with data to strengthen team-wide positioning and decision-making.
