About the role
- Develop Givaudan’s Greater China business in partnership with Sales Team to help them achieve top and bottom line targets
- Develop partnerships with key accounts, including relationships with senior level management
- Identify and create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in all core lists and key customer briefs
- Develop a thorough understanding of Market knowledge of certain categories and the business potential in Greater China
- Build and implement a growth strategy for Greater China together with Sales team via coordination of strategic plans from key accounts in the specified category
- Drive internal efforts to achieve Account Plans, collaborating with Creative Fragrance Management, Perfumery, Marketing, Consumer Research, Applications and Technology, ensuring the most efficient management of Givaudan resources
- Monitor competitor activity
- Debrief projects with account management team to understand successes and failures; identify and execute corrective actions
- Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines
- Represent fragrance division in external industry associations
Requirements
- University degree
- 5-8+ years’ functional/technical experience in the FMCG industry, Marketing or Advertising Agencies will be preferable
- Strategic thinking, innovative and customized approach
- Self-motivated
- Ability to energize and lead a cross-functional team around a project
- Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations, ability of graphic designing will be a plus
- Consistent track record of new wins and ability to identify and create new business opportunities
- Verbal and written command of English
