About the role

  • Provide Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality and Facilities oversight for APAC Region (Fragrances)
  • Lead the Operations function to deliver products to customers on time
  • Participate in the design of the functional strategy and definition of related objectives
  • Drive organizational synergy and process integration initiatives
  • Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes within Regional Operations

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Strong background in supply chain, quality, and/or materials management
  • Expertise in world class manufacturing concepts (LEAN)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related discipline
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a Technical field is preferred
  • Over 12 years of progressive experience in people management
