About the role
- Drive the change of Operating Model to enable a product based organisation especially in the area of IT Technology and Operations
- Propose, prioritize, and execute improvements to IT Operating Model processes, ensuring consistency across services and functions.
- Oversee operational governance, including relevant KPIs, service performance indicators, and continuous improvement metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align operational processes with business objectives.
- Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and standards,
- Provide support in the development and rollout of training materials, procedures, and policies, fostering and measuring adoption through the use of Learning Management system
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency while safeguarding quality and service standards.
Requirements
- Required Higher Education completed: Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategy consulting
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership position (Manager, International environment)
- Acquire and maintain in-depth understanding of the organization
- Project Management skills
- Coach teams and individuals
- Minimum Yellow Belt certified, Green Belt certified an advantage
- ITIL v4 , certification an advantage
- Knowledge of E-learning platforms and LMS Learning management system
