About the role

  • Identify, prioritize, and implement AI-powered solutions (e.g.: predictive analytics, content automation, smart brief answering) to empower the marketing, sales, and distributor teams
  • Champion the digital upskilling of relevant teams, acting as a catalyst for new technology adoption to improve efficiency and drive revenue
  • Define and track KPIs that measure the direct business impact of digital and AI initiatives
  • Serve as the primary Digital Business Partner for Active Beauty, closely collaborating with the Group's central IT and Digital teams
  • Ensure Active Beauty's digital roadmap is aligned with and benefits from the Group's major digital/IT investments and infrastructure
  • Translate global digital capabilities into locally relevant strategies and tools for the Active Beauty business
  • Own and deliver key digital projects in the pipeline from conception to launch (e.g., platform evolutions, CRM enhancements, new digital tools)
  • Develop and execute a strategy to make the Active Beauty digital ecosystem smarter, more connected, and more business relevant
  • Manage relationships with external digital partners and agencies
  • Oversee the maintenance, continuous improvement, and user adoption, trouble shooting of existing digital tools and platforms
  • Ensure data integrity and optimal performance across our digital assets
  • Analyze and improve relevant platforms’ performance such as: active users, traffic, engagement, lead conversion via SEO/SEM and content strategy to derive insights and recommend strategic optimizations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Information Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital management role
  • English and French fluency
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital projects
  • Strong understanding of AI applications in a commercial context
  • Experience with digital ecosystem management (e.g.: websites, portals, CRM, marketing automation)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g.: Google Analytics, Power BI) and platform management
  • Solid grasp of SEO/SEM and content strategy
  • Experience within B2B, B2B2C, or the beauty/ingredients sector is advantageous
