Full-stack Engineer

• Lead full-stack development using React + TypeScript, Node/NestJS, and Postgres/MongoDB
• Build the AI layer LLM integrations, retrieval, embeddings, evaluation loops
• Stabilize and scale the MVP into a production-ready troubleshooting assistant
• Run technical customer integrations, including scoping, implementation calls, and occasional on-site visits

AI Product Engineer

• Serve as the founding/first engineer for an early-stage AI-native venture; act as the technical cornerstone
• Ship code daily to build prototypes, MVPs, and first-production systems that users love
• Lead technical architecture from zero-to-one, balancing speed and scalability
• Shape the product roadmap alongside the founding team, not just implement it
• Build full-stack web or mobile apps with fast feedback loops
• Integrate AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into user products with thoughtful model selection and prompt design
• Set engineering culture and practices, from testing standards to delivery speed
• Make early technical decisions that will shape the company’s trajectory

Software Engineer

• Full-Stack Builder for an AI-First Venture Studio.
• We’re not hiring just another software engineer. We’re hiring a senior product-minded software engineer who can lead technical direction, architect scalable systems from 0→1, and mentor other engineers while staying close to users and product impact.
